The patent attorneys in Germany are partners of industry and contribute to promoting and securing technological progress and thus our country’s competitiveness. Out of social responsibility, the self-employed experts on intellectual property rights regularly offer free advice for inventors in many towns in Germany – on an honorary basis.

The purpose of this service is above all to explain to independent inventors, employee inventors and managers of craft enterprises and small companies the steps needed to obtain protection for an innovation. A thorough examination of the file and the elaboration of a patent application are nor possible in the context of this free initial consultation – but in most cases it is possible to outline a solution tailored to the needs of the subject matter in question.
